At Club Super, we make super simple. That means you can look after your business while we look after your employees' super.
Joining Club Super as a participating employer is simple.
Step 1 - Complete the Employer Application form
The Employer Registration form is at the back of the Employer Handbook. You can download a copy or request a copy by contacting Club Super Administration on 1300 369 330.
Be sure to include all of your details including:
Mail the Employer Application form to:
Club Super
PO Box 2239
Milton
QLD 4064
or
Fax: (07) 3236 0555
Step 2 - Add your Employees as Club Super members
You will receive a contribution return in the mail from Club Super. This is the document used to add your employees as Club Super members. If they are already Club Super members, please note their membership number on this form.
If they are not members, ensure that they complete a Club Super Membership Application form and mail it back to us. You can also provide your new members with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) or Member Rollover Authorisation form if they wish to transfer their super from another fund into Club Super.
Step 3 - Making contributions to Club Super
Your contribution return will be the form used to remit your contributions. Simply fill in the types of contributions being made (Employer, Member Voluntary or Salary Sacrifice) and mail the form to Club Super with either a cheque or a payment made via BPay.
