At Club Super we have 3 dedicated Client Services Managers to help our members and employers wherever we can.
Our Client Services Managers are available to conduct member information sessions in workplaces all over Queensland. These information sessions are designed to help members understand the benefits of being part of Club Super and to help members make the most of their super.

Karen Hyland has been at Club Super since April 2007 as a Client Services Manager. Karen has over 20 years experience in Industry Superannuation and holds her PS 146 certification. She prides herself on providing a high level of personal service and being able to share her passion for super to help members of Club Super. She uses her superannuation knowledge and experience to provide employers and members with general advice and to make superannuation easy to understand.
Karen enjoys sharing her knowledge through staff education presentations and one-on-one individual meetings. She has formed many strong relationships with employers and members since being at Club Super and will continue to strengthen these bonds. Karen is also looking forward to developing new relationships.

Ben has been working in the superannuation industry since 1996 and has been involved in a wide range of superannuation fund operations, including administration, communications and retirement planning/advice.
Ben has a Diploma of Financial Services and RG146 qualification. He is absolutely passionate about superannuation and member education, and is always keen to talk with members to help them understand their super options. Ben brings a straight talking approach to explaining superannuation to members, making an often confusing subject much more accessible to the average person.

Tanja has 5 years of account management experience in the Hospitality Industry, and has recently worked as a Para-planner specialising in Superannuation and Insurance and is currently completing her Diploma of Financial Planning.
Tanja is passionate about making super as easy to understand as possible for both employers and members, and is available to spend time at your workplace to help streamline your Club Super superannuation arrangements. Tanja is also available to meet Club Super members one-on-one to go through current details and assist in maximising their Club Super membership.
